Nothing too big, I've reorganized the links section, making sure to get rid of all the dead links. I've also added a few, so you may want to check them out.
Last update of the year!

I just want to report on some of the "awards" that have recently been handed out to adventure games that were released this past year. As you know, some people believe that the adventure genre is dying, and that's why we're not seeing another Tex game (there's no official news, yet anyway), so let me just give you some info on a few good games that were released in 2000, you can still get them at all computer stores (unless they sell out): To help save the adventure genre (and Tex) I've given you some information on the two most praised adventure of 2000 in AID. Everyone at least check them out (they both have demos) and see if you like 'em.
New quote of the week.
Also, I realized that I got rid of my ICQ number back in April when I switched the look of the site :). I have a new one now, and its just below (under the e-mail address). New download at Tex's Office. It's a master list of every single movie scene in Overseer. It's really helpful if you want to see a specific scene but don't know where to find it, especially on DVD which you can't use Overviewer for. You can find it under the miscellaneous section.
Long time, no update...
Anyhow, first off I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukah, Happy Kwanzaa (or anything else you celebrate) and of course a Happy New Year, just in case I don't update before then (though I hope I will since I get two weeks off of school starting tomorrow :) Now as for the update, I have added a handy little "feature" I call the Tex Murphy dictionary. Basically its a list of terms and names that could help you better understand the Tex games. Click here to go to it. I hope you find it interesting! There's also a new quote of the week. |
